An exciting opportunity is available at The Third Floor, Inc. for a Receptionist who wants to be a part of the entertainment industry. The responsibilities of the Receptionist are both that of smaller day-to-day tasks and larger general company and production related assignments.

The Third Floor was founded to help inspired filmmakers realize their creative visions. By creating highly detailed previsualizations, our animators & artists hold an impactful role in the film-making process. At The Third Floor, we work together on some of Hollywood's biggest films.
The most important aspect of this role is answering phones, which entails becoming familiar with our clientele, differentiating which calls are most important, and ensuring messages are sent out immediately. Other duties on a weekly and daily basis include: maintaining internal and external contact databases and google docs, tracking marketing press to post on our social media sites, overseeing the company calendar, conducting new hire introductions, managing office supplies, and assisting in office cleanliness.
Tasks & Responsibilities
• Phones - answering phones during peak hours (9am-1pm, & 2pm-6:30pm), and making sure phones are reliably covered during non-peak hours (1pm-2pm & 6:30pm-7pm). Connecting calls, retrieving voicemails, and relaying all messages
• Front Desk - greeting visitors and fulfilling any requests, alerting others of guest arrivals, and assisting with any guest needs upon departure
• Calendars - scheduling meetings, confirming appointments and coordinating all calendars (General, Project, & Vacation)
• Overseeing Office Upkeep - Kitchen, Reception, Artist Areas
• Ordering supplies, groceries, and all food for the office
• Shipping & tracking packages (USPS, FedEx, Messengers) & logging all info, delivering and distributing mail and packages
• Welcoming new artists
• Parking/Valet ticket administration
