Intern - Music PR/Social Media

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Established Midtown PR/Brand management company specializing in Music, Lifestyle, Fashion & Sports PR, is Seeking creative and dynamic social media intern to assist with pr campaign for Pop/R&B recording artist.
Internship requires a 3-6month commitment.

Responsibilities Include
Creating a unique social media experience around the artist single & video release
Create trending topics/music discussions
Direct pitching for online/print music placements/features/video
Assisting in creating youtube content

Additional responsibilities include:
Assist with listening/viewing party coordination
Press outreach and distribution
College radio promotion and networking

Requirements
Must be able to work in office half days at least 1-2 a week.
Flexibility to attend photo-shoots, recording, and or video tapings
Excellent writing and communication skills
Out-going personality
Knowledge of new and existing social media outlets
