Ent/Lifestyle Administrative Project Associate Internship
Busy boutique PR/Branding/Events company specializing in music, fashion, sports, and lifestyle brands seeks a reliable Administrative Project Associate to assist with multiple accounts and general office duties. Very fun energetic environment!
Candidate requirements:
-Must be enthusiastic and self motivated with the ability to work independently.
-Must be detail oriented and have impeccable writing, phone and communication skills.
-Must work well in a team environment with the ability to multi-task
-45wpm+
-Must be available a minimum of 3days a week.
Responsibilities include:
-Writing/editing press releases and media alerts
-Serve as daily contact with media, clients, and Executive staff
-Administrative support including management of the Director's calendar,
scheduling meetings, coordinating meeting logistics, answering phones, researching and preparing materials, and serving as a key point of contact.
-May assist in Aactive pitching to all media/celebrity outlets
-Cultivating and maintaining media relationships
-Generate weekly reports
-Manage daily activity and submit daily reports to Account Manager
-Work on strategic planning and client initiatives
-Event planning
