Part- Time Coordinator, Rights Management Team
About You:
As a Coordinator on the Rights Management Team, you are vital in cultivating & scaling our fast growing Video Services business, executing on a value proposition that drives client satisfaction, engagement and revenue!
You're eager to learn and apply the knowledge you've gained from your past experiences to the complex and evolving world of rights and YouTube! You're impeccably accurate and detailed, while able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize appropriately. You're a fearless, creative problem solver that proactively pinpoints and reports on issues that arise pertaining to your daily tasks, and you would love to become familiar with YouTube's CMS. You're an excellent communicator who provides a high level of service both internally and externally, and you're great at following processes, procedures, and deadlines.
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Research and resolve rights-related issues, such as user disputes, YouTube ownership conflicts, 3rd party claims, and copyright strikes
- Provide an extraordinary level of support internally, and for clients, rightsholders and partners (e.g. YouTube) to ensure that rights-related issues get resolved immediately (e.g. responding to internal and external email requests and inquiries)
- Review, update, and audit content maintained in YouTube's CMS with a high level of detail, speed, and accuracy
- Execute quality assurance, auditing and process improvement initiatives
- Efficiently work within The Orchard's internal systems, YouTube's CMS, and YouTube.com in order to optimize revenue-earning processes and foster the growth of our clients' content
- Work closely with the Leads of the Content Management Team, communicating issues and roadblocks pertaining to team projects and procedures
- Consistently meet and/or exceed performance objectives and deadlines
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of work experience in data entry/e-commerce/legal field
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable follow-up and follow-through capabilities
- Exceptional organization and prioritization skills, and keen attention to detail
- Comfort in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Google, and Apple applications
- College degree preferred
