Public Relations Account Executive, ID Agency
Description:
The Public Relations Account Executive at ID Agency reports directly into the Director of PR and serves as the principle client contact for his/her accounts. This PR professional has 3 - 4 years executing strategic consumer product launches with strong editorial contacts within the automotive, lifestyle, fashion, consumer and entertainment press. As the client contact the Account Executive possesses the knowledge of all planning, executing and updating for the account to the client, his/her team and ID Agency senior management. This person is also responsible for assisting the PR Director with the creation of PR Plans for existing and potential new clients and will manage the Public Relations Coordinator.
Specifics:
• Act as principal contact for client
• Be responsible for day-to-day management of account
• Analyze and anticipate client needs and formulate appropriate strategies
• Manage client requests and expectations
• Initiate, direct, attend and recap client meetings
• Successfully manage multiple clients and/or projects simultaneously
• Approach supervisor consistently with recommendations for addressing client requests/issues
• Assist in managing the day-to-day activities of account coordinators and interns
• Initiate and develop new business opportunities
• Enhance and foster overall company culture and team moral/enthusiasm
Requirements:
• 3 - 4 years executing PR campaigns with the consumer space, preferably across agency and in-house
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong editorial contacts
• Ability to provide key insights across social media programs
• Interest in fashion, automotive, and lifestyle space
• Strong relationship with key influencers and tastemakers within the lifestyle space
• Ability to travel
