Brooklyn-based record label The End Records (and our online merch company The Omega Order) is now looking for cold season interns! Our diverse roster includes artists like Braveyoung, The Prodigy, Sleepytime Gorilla Museum, Anvil, Made Out Of Babies and Danzig.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, organized and dependable with an interest in head banging within the music/entertainment industry and an easy-going, can-do attitude will fit the vibes we already maintain here. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Photoshop and Web skills are always a plus. Most importantly, should not have an unhealthy addiction to Facebook.
Our current opening is for an intern who may be responsible for any and all special projects, database maintenance, promotional mailings, pulling orders, packing orders, MP3 creation, heavy lifting, as well as customer service. And don't forget the fun stuff: helping out at shows, perusing demos for review and constant heavy jams blasting daily!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a student wanting to experience firsthand how an independent record label/online merch distributor operates. And a chance to spend your days here discovering fresh bands and killer music. Please note that internships at The End Records are unpaid and/or for college credit. While further employment is not guaranteed, several of our interns have gone on to become members of our team. |
