The Drama League seeks enthusiastic, dedicated Arts Leadership Interns for Fall 2014. Interns are fully-integrated members of The Drama League staff with a vital role in day-to-day operations. Candidates must possess exemplary communication and clerical skills.
Duties include but are not limited to assisting staff in all departments including Membership, Development, Events and Arts Programming.
Applicants should be familiar with social media, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe programs. Familiarity with Graphic Design and Raiser's Edge programming is a plus but not vital. Interns will gain firsthand industry experience and will benefit from regular mentoring sessions with the Executive Director, to explore their professional goals. Self-sufficiency, flexibility, sense of humor, and an ability to collaborate are necessary for success.
The internships is a 12-week minimum commitment, and requires 20 hours/week (schedule is flexible). Interns receive a $50/week stipend.
