THE OPPORTUNITY: BIZ DEV CO-ORDINATOR
We are looking for a BizDev Ninja who will work with our team on new and existing accounts. This is a relationship based industry where the focus is on quality not quantity of development activity. You will be dealing with high level potential clients at CMO level and above, focusing on developing new business as well as using your strong presentation and organization skills to assist the team on existing accounts.

DUTIES
• Articulate and position creative services and solutions to key decision makers
• Actively pursue competitive accounts and differentiate our company from competitors
• Manage the BizDev cycle across customer accounts
• Research and generation of PR, marketing and development opportunities
• Keep abreast of changes in technology and market demands
• Prepare daily/weekly action plans by individuals as well as by team to ensure focused activity
• Sustain development activities - appointments, demos, proposals and database updates
• Meet or exceed revenue expectations
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
• BS/BA degree in business or other related field
• Previous business development or B2B sales experience
• Valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage
• Excellent communication (oral and written and presentation skills)
• Proficiency using MS Office, e.g., PowerPoint, Excel and Word and the internet for research
• Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability; willingness to take risks and try new approaches.
