High Profile Entertainment/Marketing/PR/Events Firm is looking for an exceptional Account Coordinator to join our team. We are a small boutique entertainment company that specializes in exclusive events & celebrity marketing for corporate, film, lifestyle and fashion companies.
This is not a 9-5 job. You will be expected to work according to our event/ project schedule. Some evenings and weekends will be mandatory. We work hard yet have a lot of fun while doing it.
This is the perfect company for someone looking to become immersed within the entertainment/film world via our high profile events & projects. Must have 2-3 years experience in the entertainment and/or fashion industry with GREAT editor & industry relationships to apply.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: Attendance and Assisting With all Special Events
PR Outreach & Pitching for Fashion Clients and Events
Administrative Duties such as: Answering Phones, Invoicing, Maintaining Expense Accounts, Running Errands, Shipping Packages, Etc.
Assisting With Company Website & Social Media Updates
Oversee Celebrity Seeding Initiatives
Hire & Oversee Interns
Help Develop New Business Proposals
Develop and Maintain Strong Working Relationships with Clients, Editors, and Stylists
Create Status Reports for Clients as Needed
Press Clip Creation & Archiving
REQUIREMENTS: MUST HAVE 2-3 Years of Experience Working in PR/Marketing, & Event Coordination
Must be Innovative, Ambitious, and Hardworking
Extremely Organized and Detail Oriented
Strong Knowledge and Passion for all Things Entertainment
Takes Initiative on Getting Tasks Done Before Asked
Great Networker
Flexible With Time; Able To Work Weekends and Nights, Great Multi-Tasker, Proficient in Mac Programs and Microsoft Programs, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator a Plus but not Required
