The Big Quiz Thing, New York City's premier live trivia company (as seen its own TV game show), is in search of new NYC-area quizmasters to join the team.
We're looking for outgoing, organized, and responsible individuals to become some of the primary faces of our trivia business, hosting and running selected events (both public and private) in the New York City area. The ideal candidates will have several years' experience hosting and/or producing live entertainment, with strong stage presence and a detail-oriented approach to show business. Our team is talented as well as professional: Quizmasters deal directly with clients and venues, in addition to hosting. Expect an intermittent time commitment, starting with at least three public or private events per month (usually in evenings). Must be smart, outgoing, able to work well under pressure, personable, and dependable-this is a prime opportunity for a young creative professional to gain hands-on entertainment experience and make good money in the process.
