Digital Coordinator- freelance

This is a Full Time Job

The Ant Farm, a leading entertainment advertising agency in Los Angeles is searching for an entry level Digital Coordinator that can assist our Digital Department to bring our designs to life for our well-respected agency working on world-class properties. This is a freelance position, which may turn into a full-time position with benefits.

What you will be doing:
• Assist the Head of Digital in running the Digital Department.
• Create and manage project and department purchase orders.
• Route invoices and timesheets for management approval.
• Plan and schedule meetings.
• Assist with research as assigned by the Head of Digital.
• Assist with QA’ing project work as assigned by Director of Production
• Proofreading.
• Contribute to brainstorm sessions.
• Create presentation decks as assigned by the Head of Digital.

Skills:
• 1 – 2 years related experience
• 4 year college degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Entourage
• Basic HTML, Photoshop and Keynote skills is a bonus
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Good organization skills
