Position Details:
The Agency Group New York currently has an opening for a Marketing/Sponsorship Assistant and Graphic Designer.
This position is New York-based and reports to two staff member in our New York office, the Director of Marketing and the head of Artist Brand Alliance/Brand Integration.
Executive Administrative Responsibilities:
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal & written
• Attention to detail
• Organizational ability to manage the workspace, calendars, meetings, reports
• Logical judgment capabilities, solution oriented & resourceful
• Ability to work well in a team
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Design, edit, localize tour artwork for print, web, and social media
• Design sponsorship pitch decks
Requirements:
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc.)
• Highly proficient in all design aspects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of social media sites and tools and an active participant in social networking (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)
• Additional Required Skills:
• Final Cut Studio and Adobe Creative Suite video editing software
• Knowledge of social media sites and tools and an active participant in social networking (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)
