The dFm is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join the LA office.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Identify and develop new and existing referral sources to develop successful new relationships.
Define the scope of incoming projects, review requirements, and approve timeframes.
Actively identify and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies
Achieve revenue goals.
Maintain good working relationships with existing clients to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references.
Write briefs for the creative team to execute proposals for new business
Manage client needs and expectations.
Develop project profit margins.
Additionally, the ideal candidate is self-motivated, creative, organized and positive.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant business development + sales experience.
Knowledge and passion for the music, art, fashion and creative industries.
