Here at The Wonderful Company, we are building a 'best in class' talent acquisition team. This new position will help us 'raise our talent game'. The Senior Creative Recruiter will work to ensure that The Wonderful Company is positioned to attract, source and recruit the best creative talent, both internally and externally. This individual will play a senior-level role and be responsible for developing sourcing and recruitment strategies. This position will assist in defining the hiring needs of their respective client organizations, collaborating with senior executives as well as business unit partners. The Senior Creative Recruiter will facilitate strategy discussions and complete assignments with full-cycle recruiting responsibility. This is a ''hands-on'' recruiting position responsible for handling 10-15 requisitions at any one time. Ability to create, design and implement sound recruiting plans and management reporting of recruiting activities is essential.

Build talent pools for full-time and freelance opportunities via strategic sourcing plans using a varied array of tools and resources.
Typical roles include Art Directors, Creative Directors, Copywriters, Graphic Designers, and more.
Engage passive talent and position The Wonderful Agency as an 'employer of choice'.
Build external relationships with key talent, understand their needs, and ensure all talent have a great candidate experience.
Expertly screen portfolios, provide a thorough assessment, and make expert recommendations to hiring leaders in a timely manner.
Provide creative strategies to: fill 'needle in a haystack' positions, align thinking on hiring teams - facilitate good dialogue - resulting in fast, efficient, aligned hiring decisions.
Enhance the Employer Brand of The Wonderful Company by leveraging social media channels, attending professional networking events and ensuring an amazing candidate experience.
Drive the recruitment process for senior creative leaders -- coaching and guiding managers throughout the process. This includes creating a formal interview process, gathering documented feedback and providing best practices on how to best assess creative talent.
Work within a team on special projects and hiring initiatives.
Leverage data and reporting to inform key stakeholders using our applicant tracking system, Excel, PowerPoint, and other technologies or systems.
Develop effective working relationships with the hiring leaders while seeking to understand their complex and unique talent needs.
Manage the full recruitment process and candidate workflow through Applicant Tracking tool
Conduct weekly one on one's with active hiring leaders and attend business staff meetings to position Talent Acquisition as a true business partner.

Minimum of 5-7 years of creative recruiting experience (mix of agency and corporate is a plus).
Experience recruiting for both full-time talent and freelancers.
Eye for conceptual, creative thinking and raw artistic talent.
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to adapt to different audiences.
Strong client relationship, negotiations and consulting/influencing skills.
An incredible artistic eye and appreciation for strong design and conceptual skills.
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently are necessary
Ability to coach others on behavior-based interviewing skills, facilitate recruitment strategy meetings and interview debrief sessions.
Creativity, curiosity and drive to exceed client expectations.
Flexibility, courage and confidence are key.
Ability to work with grace under pressure and have an adaptable communication style.
BA/BS degree in business, communication or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience.
