This exclusive cloud-based digital movie service for iOS, Android and Web enables consumers to discover, purchase, manage, and watch movies on the go.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, this position supports Financial Planning and is responsible for the development of financial forecasts, forecast variances as well as other ad hoc analysis.
Responsibilities
• Assist with financial budget and forecast submissions
• Base level financial tracking and provide variance explanations
• Roll-up of all financials monthly for reporting to all stakeholders
• Create ad-hoc financial models, analyses, and reports
• Maintain and improve department financial reporting tools and processes
• Work closely with accounting team
Basic Qualifications
• Ability to multi-task and work well with others in a fast paced environment
• Systems agnostic, able to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools
• SAP experience
• Advanced Excel
• Intellectually curious and able to diplomatically challenge the status quo
• Embraces working in a highly collaborative environment
• Passionate about the movie/TV business
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous studio entertainment experience a plus
• Minimum three years business experience in finance required
Required Education
• BA/BS/BBA required
