We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Customer Marketing Coordinator in Burbank, CA.
The Digital Customer Marketing Coordinator will support the efforts of the Digital Customer Marketing team in the areas of project management, creative approvals, franchise planning, execution of marketing campaigns. This role must be able to liaise with internal teams and represent the Digital Customer Marketing team with external clients and vendors.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated multi-tasker interested in digital marketing with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
• Support the Senior Manager, Digital Customer Marketing, in documenting account plans, project status and project pitch decks
• Participate in brainstorm sessions, take notes and bring relevant and executable marketing plans to partner
• Build and maintain partner relationships with Account Lead through weekly calls, meetings etc. Fulfill takeaway items from calls, meetings as appropriate
• Coordinate creative approvals for all partner creative including recommending revisions, confirming revisions and troubleshooting issues with legal and brand guidelines.
• Work with Finance and Controllership to track, accrue, and forecast partner coop expenses; Process and code invoices; Enter/file in master tracker
• Facilitate the development of key title recap presentations
• Work with account leads to develop and maintain marketing documents by franchise and title
• Create and distribute weekly competitive landscape comparing merchandising and promotions across studios. Monitor digital retailers and capture screenshots of all storefronts
• Communicate key dates and ensure delivery of assets (key art, trailers, metadata, B2B marketing decks)
• Work with Catalog team on all partner and studio led initiatives. Coordinate internal conversations and ensure approved titles are communicated back to partner in the appropriate format
• Work on all TV ownership promotions, both network and partner led, and ensure approved titles are communicated in the appropriate format, creative is approved and all marketing efforts are captured for recap deck
• Develop strong relationships with finance, marketing, catalog, operations, promotions and sales partners to extend effectiveness of the Digital Customer Marketing team
Basic Qualifications
• 1-2 years experience in Marketing or related area, preferably in the Entertainment, Film, or Television Industries.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to interface with cross-functional teams and partners as required
• Strong work ethic with ''Can-Do'' attitude is a must; Team player with a strong focus on project management
• Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, handling several projects at once
• Use of good judgment, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills especially in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Highly professional and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Required Education
Four-year College Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Related Field
