The Assistant Manager, Product Marketing – Consumer Engagement will be responsible for assisting in development of CRM strategy and execution of direct and digital marketing campaigns. This individual will partner with cross-functional groups across product, marketing, data analytics, and creative services in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to deliver lifecycle marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative-minded, customer-obsessed, and has a bias for action. This individual will report to the Manager of Engagement Marketing
Responsibilities
• Assist in development of overall CRM & customer lifecycle strategy across multiple consumer touchpoints, helping to define customer segmentation framework with actionable cohorts and insights
• Develop direct & performance marketing campaigns across off-platform channels that drive continual consumer engagement on-platform
• Analyze performance metrics, market research, and customer data insights to inform lifecycle marketing initiatives
• Work with product management, strategy, finance, and business intelligence teams to architect and launch CRM and marketing programs, shaping product features and requirements
• Manage store-front merchandise strategy and editorial calendar, along with overseeing development and execution of creative assets for on-platform use
• Develop social content strategy & manage social platforms, helping to build and maintain an engaged community of users and fans off-platform
• Provide insight on potential promotions or marketing partnerships, working closely across product and business development to build relationships and execute campaigns to drive incremental customer engagement on-platform
Basic Qualifications
• 4 years of marketing or product experience
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Demonstrable relevant professional experience in engagement marketing, including experience in the areas of email, social, and push marketing
• Be comfortable in getting hands dirty to get things done
• Ability to leverage insights to design and implement innovative engagement programs
Preferred Qualifications
• MBA preferred
• Performance or engagement marketing experience
