Sr. Analyst, HR Tech Learning & Talent (Project Hire)

This department within HR Technology is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and sustainment of the Integrated Talent Management (ITM) System and other related systems, including learning management, performance management, and succession planning.
Responsibilities
• Support quarterly release cycle for our ITM system, including analysis and impact, testing recommendations to our clients, configuration, testing, and deploying functional release items
• Support regular agile development cycles for our performance management system
• Run user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles for performance management and succession modules
• Manage issue resolution process, includes monitoring ticket queue, researching/analyzing, resolving and responding to users in a timely manner
• Conduct system research and troubleshooting on source data
• Conduct research and troubleshooting to validate system issues and bug resolutions
• Manage user access process
• Prepare reports and conduct data analysis
• Develop a data driven point of view on enhancements, including system efficiencies and standardization
• Provide additional system and analytical support, as needed
• May need to work weekends and outside regular business hours as business need requires
Basic Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced, integrated team environment with frequently changing priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to follow tasks through to completion and keep team informed on progress
Strong experience working on teams or other collaborative groups
At least 3 years' experience in project management experience of mid to large scale projects
At least 5 years' experience exporting data out of a system and manipulate data through MS Excel, MS Access, and the use of pivot tables
At least 5 years' experience supporting a system, including system configuration and release management
Experience with SAP
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of HR processes or systems
Experience with SuccessFactors
Ability to write macros and query data in MS Access and MS Excel
Required Education
Bachelor degree, or equivalent years' experience
