A brand new role in the Global HR Operations Team, based in our London Office.
Our Global HR Operations team is responsible for the strategic development and execution of HR services and information to employees, managers, and HR partners throughout the business.
The Senior Manager International Organisational Management, will lead the strategic alignment of all organisational functions, processes and systems across the Walt Disney international sites.
Reporting to the Director of Organisational Management, this role will represent their markets and make key decisions in the overall integration of one Global Organisational Management function across the company.
They will plan and direct the function in accordance with the needs of the business leaders across all regions along with Human Resources, Finance, Legal, and Tax policies and requirements.
The role requires an individual who can lead strategic, complex work and partner on highly technical and specialized projects.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the role include;
• Lead the alignment and integration efforts across all international Markets with the US to create one Global Org Management function across the company and aligned headcount management and reporting processes across Walt Disney International, working partnership with Finance.
• Able to obtain buy in and agreement across multiple levels and deliver highly complex change management plans that accomplish both the Organisational and Partners goals
• Review org management processes to determine where automation / improvements will drive efficiency. Identify process efficiencies, recommend innovative uses of software functionality, design, implement solutions and train end-users.
• Responsible for attracting, leading and developing a high performing Org team
• Assess/maintain org management structure that standardizes and simplifies the footprint: streamlined security roles, cleaner data reporting and analytics, and improved integrations.
• Partner with cross functional teams to identify opportunities and supporting the development of new sustainable best practice approaches while providing subject matter expertise in the Org Management functional areas of SAP and SaaS systems.
• Oversees systems planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional design, testing and implementation of org management solutions.
• Partners with Legal, Privacy, and Security to ensure that our systems and processes adhere to global privacy and security standards and guidelines
Basic Qualifications
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
• Degree in Human Resources or a related field. Equivalent relevant work experience will be considered.
• Experience of leading the administration of an Org Management function or leading another complex HR function
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects with strong prioritization skills
• Proven knowledge of HR industry practices
• Demonstrated strong integration and planning skills
• Must have previous experience with SAP-HR
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data
• Must be able to interpret complex systems or business process related documents and formulate a recommendation
• Demonstrated proficiencies in Microsoft Suite, including Access
• Demonstrated knowledge and familiarity with SAP (ELE) and ServiceNow
• Multi-Lingual would be an advantage.
• Whilst this role is based in London, as the position has an international remit, some travel may be required.
