Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you will demonstrate a strong understanding of people, process and technology within a fast-paced environment. Written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to create an open environment where an applicant's talents and abilities can be assessed. Along with ensuring applicants experience memorable interactions, you will be part of a team who continually challenges themselves to undergo constant evolution within our day-to-day operational processes.

• Position status:
• This is a seasonal (recurring), salaried non-exempt position with a ''Temporary/Seasonal'' work status. The Interview Partner recruiting (''peak'') seasons run from January – April and August – November. During non-peak seasons, there is a potential for limited or even zero available hours. This position is not eligible for benefits.
• Required Availability:
• Interview partners must provide a minimum of 24 hours of availability per week (this could include evenings, weekends, and holidays), based on fluctuating operating hours. Requirements may change based on business need. Operating hours may fluctuate; currently, they do not go past 9pm PST.
• Training Requirements:
• Upon hire, a full week of new-hire training will be conducted on-site in Orlando. All candidates must be available to attend this training in its entirety, slated for September of 2017.
• Once per year during the Summer months, a week of training is required on-site in Orlando. All active Interview Partners must be available to attend this annual training session in its entirety.
• Location:
• This position can be located throughout most of the United States, as Interview Partners work remotely, utilizing a dedicated home office. This home office needs to include reliable and high speed phone and internet service, provided by the Interview Partner.

What You Bring to the Role:
• Strong understanding of recruitment operations with focus on interview techniques and applicant assessments
• Proven Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) as well as SharePoint
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work in a structured and autonomous environment while communicating effectively with key team members
• Proven organizational skills while ensuring attention to detail
• Excellent verbal communication skills while creating an effective interview experience
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment and communicate effectively with minimal direction or supervision
• Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment while effectively balancing and prioritizing multiple projects
• Task oriented with experience following structured processes
Preferred Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience leading College Program students and/or leading and developing teams
• Proven experience partnering with Disney Internships & Programs areas and demonstrated strong partnership skills
• Prior or current experience with The Walt Disney Company with understanding of Disney's HR systems and processes
• Proven success with recruitment / interview experiences
• Experience with Kenexa or equivalent ATS
Required Education
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
