The candidate will work closely with event producers during the coordination/planning process. Tasks include but are not limited to:
• Production Binder organization
• Source venues, vendors and research suggested event elements
• General office tasks
• Onsite event support
• Decor sourcing
The candidate must have desire to work in event coordination.
• Must have own transportation
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiar with Google Drive
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude in any situation
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Takes direction well
• Able to retain information
