The THIRD FLOOR, Inc. is looking for a Production Assistant for the Los Angeles office.
THE THIRD FLOOR, Inc. is the world's pre-eminent, Emmy Award visualization company with offices in Los Angeles and London as well as on location with productions around the world. For the past 12 years, the studio has helped clients visualize and maximize content by producing computer-animated blueprints, known as ''previsualizations''. Recent film and television projects THE THIRD FLOOR, Inc. has worked on include The Martian, Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation, Marvel's Ant-Man, San Andreas, Marvel's Avengers: Age of Ultron, Mad Max: Fury Road, Maleficent, X-Men: Days of Future Past, Edge of Tomorrow, Guardians of the Galaxy and Game of Thrones Seasons 4 and 5. We continue to push the boundaries of entertainment with content development for exciting cutting-edge projects.
Responsibilities:
• Assists Production with ad hoc duties as required
• Book meetings, manage production calendar
• Assists with demo reel requests
• Assists with the seating chart
• Production runs - drop off and pick up of work stations or other production related items
• Data entry and Jobs database management
• Maintains current active jobs contact one-sheet
• Assists with MoCap and DLO shoots
• Orders production necessities
• Assists with IT moves
• Assists with FTP uploads/downloads
• Travel - booking flights & hotels
• Shipping
• Production meeting notes
• Tracks Weekly Production Expenses
• Tracks status of completed project assets being added to the Ark
• Weekly updates and distribution of the current project Contact one sheet
• Working with Coords/APMs to send out client gifts and thank you cards at show wrap
• Cast and Crew Screening arrangements
• IMDB credits
• VRC Demos
• Maya Exports
• Keep resources log up to date
• Help arrange team-building exercises
• Assist with catering arrangements if necessary for production staff meetings
