TTF is currently looking for an enthusiastic Executive Assistant to support our CEO and team at our thriving, world-class Los Angeles headquarters. This rock star Assistant will be responsible for the day to day schedule of the CEO and helping maintain the company's awesome reputation with various marketing tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Office of the CEO's day-to-day schedule, travel itinerary, event schedule and speaking engagements. Manage Office of CEO ''To Do'' list.
Engage on behalf of the CEO
Support the five other Founders of the company as needed.
Manage annual event calendar and facilitates participation in industry conferences, award shows, and presentations. Purchase and facilitate badges, hotels and flights for all attendees and itinerary/agenda.
Assist with special projects as needed. I.e., presentation prep
Uphold company's high security practices- make sure NDA's are signed for meetings with CEO and correctly logged.
Minimal travel may be needed.
Oversee marketing initiatives with Director of Corporate Affairs, including creating the company's internal and external newsletter.
Assists with award submissions.
Log and track all press for the company, as well as maintain the company's Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Glassdoor & LinkedIn accounts.
Material clearance management with PR consultant
Maintain the company's website from personnel updates to adding content.
Help with press requests from PR consultant. Vet opportunities, help gather materials for clearance.
Maintain, create and execute TTF brand materials and identity.
Manage TTF memberships.
Support and plan company parties, promotional events, external attendee events.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Calendar and Docs.
Knowledge of basic website maintenance is a plus.
Knowledge of using social media, TW, FB and Instagram
Highly organized, strong attention to detail and effective follow through.
A passion for the film-making process.

Ability to be a self-starter and very resourceful
Able to think creatively and resolve challenges and limitations
An ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing, tracking and entering information.
Effective problem solver with ability to self-manage.
