The Syndicate is expanding its team with an extraordinary, passionate self- starter. The Marketing Coordinator will work full-time in our Weehawken, NJ office. The candidate will be a key member of the marketing department and assist the entire team in multiple projects with touchpoints grassroots marketing, digital marketing, and event production. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, an ability for critical thinking and a persistent drive for success.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the team in all aspects of marketing - grassroots/lifestyle, experiential, digital, and social advertising
Support campaign initiatives from conception through execution
Effectively lead a team of field marketing reps around the nation
Assist in digital and social marketing initiatives, inclusive of social advertising, digital media buying, etc.
Report to and communicate with clients in an efficient and productive manner
Continuously identify new opportunities to grow The Syndicate brand along with its proprietary properties
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of marketing experience
A passion for pop-culture and entertainment, particularly music and comedy
Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
High ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Strong balance of creative and analytical thinking
Self-motivated team player
Event production experience a plus
Social media savvy with direct experience in a company's Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong references supporting character and work ethic
Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel), Google Docs, and InDesign/Photoshop
