SUMMARY:
The Executive Assistant, Membership & Industry Relations will oversee all administrative duties and project coordination for the Vice President and execute other assigned responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain VP's calendar and contacts, ensuring information is current.
• Arrange VP's travel and reconcile monthly expenses.
• Schedule meetings including prep, set-up, collateral, minutes, and follow-up.
• Oversee all department communication (written, email, phone, etc.) internally and externally.
• Coordinate communication, schedules, meetings, and travel/expense logistics for elected leaders, including Trustees, Committee Members and Board Members.
• Coordination and management of various department projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of executive level administrative experience.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Proven experience in Outlook with complicated and extensive scheduling as well as meeting set-ups (e.g. teleconference, screenshare, webinar, etc,) and logistics.
• Ability to maintain composure, make decisions, and delegate in high-stress, complex situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a welcoming and patient demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage workload efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
