Job Description:
Support client account managers in a small entertainment business management company with high-profile clients.
Duties:
• Prepare and/or review vendor payments and payroll processing
• Review 3rd party billings and receivables
• Review general ledger entries and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare and/or review financial statements
• Coordinate with tax professionals to ensure client tax compliance
• Assist in preparation of royalty accountings and participation statements
• Coordinate staff and supervise intern assignments
Skills/Qualifications:
Accounting, time management, attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, excel, good verbal and written communication skills, experience in entertainment industry is a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in accounting preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Business required.
