-Ambitious attitude with a drive to continually sharpen your new business skills
-Positive thinking self-starter who is willing to contribute in a rapidly changing start-up environment

Role Responsibilities:
-Execute the process necessary to successfully open doors and close large deals
-Target, identify, evaluate and prioritize new business opportunities
-Create comprehensive winning proposals/pitches
-Develop marketing materials such as a high quality company capabilities deck that showcases our experience and potential
-Be mindful of market and industry trends, emerging social platforms and competitors
-Maintain a working knowledge of all services offered by TMG and our competitors in order to determine customer needs as well as competitive offerings and billing rates
-Capably negotiate contractual terms for new business opportunities
-Attend notable and relevant industry events for pursing business opportunities and learning industry developments
-Work with Client Services to transition new business accounts to the Account Management team
-Provide internal monthly reports, measuring quota and financial goals
Expected Results:
2MM minimum in new business revenue secured in the first year (there are no territorial boundaries with this position)
Establish and maintain a full pipeline of pro-actively generated new business opportunities per month
Requirements for the Position:
7+ years of work experience in digital/social media agency sales
Track record of confidently meeting and exceeding quantifiable goals in the $2MM+ annual range
Extensive experience and ties to large national markets (i.e. L.A, N.Y, Chicago, etc.) at brand and agency level
Working knowledge of popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Excellent presentation, phone and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft office suite and Keynote
