Creative Producer
We are seeking an experienced creative-minded producer that can manage multiple high-profile projects with competing deadlines, interact with our amazing clients, track creative changes and relay revisions and client feedback to our team of designers and motion graphics artists.
Required experience:
Minimum 3+ years entertainment agency producer experience
Qualifications:
• Top-notch, premium customer service skills and client relations
• Proven ability and experience with client interfacing via phone, email and in person presentations
• Strong communicator both verbally and written
• Able to manage multiple projects/campaigns with competing deadlines and prioritize team workload in order to meet deadlines
• Able to create SOWs, track job calendars, project milestones and deadlines
• Able to work with Creative Director, take direction well and adjust approach when needed
• Track creative director revisions (internal reviews) as well as client feedback (external reviews)
• Able to give direction in a clear manner and provide written next steps in order of priority when needed
• Able to determine if/when work is client ready
• Able to present work to clients in an organized manner that aligns with client expectations and M Factor standards
this can involve building a PDF of creative comps (from designers) or able to build or direct a preview link for web view
• Experience with all (ideal) or at least one of the following: working with motion graphics and AV teams with an understanding of production timelines, render times etc. and/or social media campaigns and roll-out strategies, online advertising campaigns, and/or out of home campaigns.
• Experience with negotiating budgets with clients, estimating costs (based on rate sheets)
• Able to and experience with: keeping projects on budget, managing client expectations or revisions that go beyond scope
• Resourceful, insightful and proactive
• Work well independently, as well as collaborate and lead when needed
• Basic understanding of cue sheets and image sourcing for legal review
• Able to source and review assets such as photography, keyart and print materials, feature footage and make selections/decisions based on client/campaign objectives
• High proficiency in Adobe In Design, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Mac based workflow, basic Photoshop,
• Experience with secure, encrypted file transfer software: Aspera, 5th Kind, Relay etc.
Super bonus points for:
• basic Dreamweaver/HTML a huge plus (for revising web based preview links on the fly - for client review)
• previous client interaction with studios such as: Warner Bros., NBC, or Disney
• background in creative, design experience, art or film school etc.
• Able to create mood boards or style boards to help team visualize client direction
A Typical Day Might Include:
• Close collaboration with Creative Director, Art Director, Design and AV teams
• Participate in client calls and emails such as: reviewing comps with client, interpreting and relaying feedback to team
• Tracking changes, current workloads and providing ETAs to client
• Reviewing work in progress from the teams and providing feedback to ensure client objectives/revisions are being met
prior to Creative Director internal review
