Company Location: Los Angeles, CA - VIRTUAL internship
(Internships will be conducted virtually - online and over the phone. No preference is given to local applicants.)
We prefer six-month internships. While we will consider shorter internships for the right candidates, preference will be given to candidates who are available for the full six months.
We are looking for an energetic, creative, proactive, and detail-oriented person to join us for our internship program. We are a team of creatives that work directly with the founder of the company: a bestselling author, speaker, and news commentator with an inspiring, positive message about triumphing over challenges.
This is an unpaid internship, but one that can transfer for credit, given your school's approval and the specific way your school's internship program works. Upon successful completion of your internship, we are happy to provide letters of reference and recommendation, and/or complete any paperwork that your professors or school require.
You must have a personal computer. Commitment of 4-5 days per week is required. Strong computer skills are necessary. We would like someone to start as soon as possible. You may do this work from the comfort of your home or any other quiet location that is conducive to work.
Description
We have a coaching and consulting company, founded by a bestselling author, speaker and news commentator. We are looking for a creative, motivated video editor to assist us by editing a variety of footage from interviews and docu-series to informational how-to videos and training courses. All the content has an inspiring slant to it, and is in the personal-development space. This is a highly collaborative partnership, and you will work directly with the company's founder. We are looking for someone innovative, reliable, fun, and efficient. If this sounds like something at which you would excel, please contact us!
The videos have already been shot, so we are looking for someone to weave them together into the finished product by editing them. We can discuss the look and feel we're aiming to achieve, but we're also interested in your ideas. NOTE: Most of our videos are GREENSCREEN, so you'll need to be experienced with that.
