DEPARTMENT: SALES
JOB TITLE: SALES COORDINATOR
REPORTS TO: SALES MANAGER
FLSA: Hourly/Non-Exempt

POSITION SUMMARY
Supports the Sales Department in an administrative, operational and sales role. This position will work closely with venue Sponsors, VIPs and Premium Seat clients and provide the necessary support to make the entire Premium Seating & Sponsorship department function in an efficient and effective manner.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage venue sponsorship fulfillment needs to include onsite activations, signage needs, media elements
Provide overall support for the Premium Seating Programs & Sponsorship program
Manage all ticketing requests for Sponsors & Premium Seat Members
Assist with the processing and filing of client contracts
Prospects for new clients and conducts research for new clients
Maintain client database and facilitate regular email communication
Assist in event coordination for show preparation including Box Suites, VIP Club operations, and sponsorship on-sites
Attend shows when needed and interface with clients
Performs other duties as assigned by management
WORKING CONDITIONS
This position is not substantially exposed to adverse conditions other than loud sound for some events.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Bachelor degree preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Entertainment Industry experience desirable
Minimum 1-2 years of relative business experience
Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, & Power Point
Ability to speak and understand English
Must be able to work in a fast paced diverse environment
Convey strong verbal & interpersonal skills
Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form.
Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
Must be able to work irregular hours including nights, weekend and/or holidays as needed.
Must be able to stand and/or walk for hours at a time.
Ability to deal tactfully in stressful situations and stay calm under pressure.
Professional presentation, appearance and work ethic
Spanish speaking is a plus
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Must be 18 to apply. Received High school diploma or GED; and at least one year (1) year customer service experience preferred. College Degree Desired and/or 2 years related experience and/or training; or and equivalent combination of education and training. Entertainment Industry experience a plus!
