Established Commercial Production company is seeking a Marketing and Sales Assistant to Executive Producers.
Tasks include:
• Working directly with Executive Producers and Sales Reps to help support marketing strategy
• Agency, client and brand direct research
• Data entry and CRM Management
• Updating and reviewing pipeline and leads tracker
• Monitoring industry trends
• Building directors' reels and analyzing tracking reports
• Director research
• Managing company's social media, including crafting strategy and distribution
• Developing and managing industry events calendar. Tracking upcoming industry events, networking, conferences, award shows, etc.
• Managing award submissions
• Helping coordinate with internal design team to development and delivery of key marketing materials: sales decks, newsletters, and other marketing materials
• Helping plan company networking events
• Helping organize client events and entertainment
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years experience in within a fast-paced environment of advertising, commercial/digital production sales
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Strong capability to execute quickly with limited guidance and manage projects independently
• Tech Savvy - proficient in Excel, Word, Keynote, CRM's, Outlook, etc.
• Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to learn new systems/databases
• Strong grammar, written, and proofreading skills
• Strong communication and people skills - clear communicator with a proven history of collaborative partnerships with staff, clients, and creative partners
• Resourceful, creative, problem solver - logical thinker and active listener
• Able to deal with sensitive and confidential information - possess a high level of discretion and confidentiality in order to work successfully with high-profile clientele
• Polished, professional presence, and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - must represent self and the company in a highly professional and ethical manner
• A team-player with great attitude, sense of humor, and fits within the company culture
