Vice President of Sales - Brand Partnerships (Influencer Integrations)
BEN is looking for a deeply motivated Vice President of Sales who is responsible for selling custom influencer integration and media programs to brand marketers who are focused on executing premium branded content and social amplification initiatives. The Vice President will lead two Sales Directors, one in NYC and one in London.
The Vice President of Sales must thrive in a start-up environment, eager to grow new business bookings in an exponential manner each year, while delivering consistently on aggressive revenue targets.
Responsibilities
• Must have direct experience working in the Influencer Marketing, YouTube, and general social media arena
• High volume of sales related activity including cold calls, presentations, proposals and meetings
• Consistently meet/exceed management objectives and revenue quotas
• Aggressively prospect and generate new relationships with brand marketers
• Sell custom integrations utilizing the vast talent pool of influencers who work in our network
• Proactively manage advertiser relationships from initial contact, RFP, through negotiation
• Partner closely with other cross-functional management teams in inside sales, marketing, product, HR, legal and finance operations
• Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to build and motivate a sales organization to ensure both short and long term goals, objectives and quotas
• Manage to daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales metrics, making necessary adjustments to maintain deal velocity and momentum
Qualifications
• 7 years of progressive work experience in digital video brand integration, advertising sales, or related media field
• Existing rolodex and relationships with brand marketers
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and execute objectives
• Ability to adapt to a changing business environment, driving sustainable solutions to achieve sales goals
