BEN is looking for a deeply motivated Director of Sales who is responsible for selling custom content integration and media programs to brand marketers who are focused on executing premium branded content campaign strategies.
The Director of Sales must thrive in a start-up environment, eager to grow revenues in an exponential manner each year, while delivering consistently on aggressive revenue targets.
Responsibilities
• Must have direct experience working with brand marketers to sell custom content (OTT, Film) integration campaigns
• High volume of sales related activity including cold calls, presentations, proposals and meetings
• Consistently meet/exceed management objectives and revenue quotas
• Aggressively prospect and generate new relationships with brand marketers
• Sell custom integrations utilizing the vast talent pool of influencers who work in our network
• Proactively manage advertiser relationships from initial contact, RFP, through negotiation
• Collaborate campaign management and client services teams to ensure customer satisfaction, campaign completion and renewals
• Maintain up to date knowledge on trends, issues and opportunities
Qualifications
• 5 years of progressive work experience in digital video brand integration, advertising sales, or related media field
• Existing rolodex and relationships with brand marketers
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and execute objectives.
