The Real Deal:
We move fast, we think fast and we are constantly on the go! We are looking for someone who has the innate talent to provide administrative support to the account specialist and account executive across various client accounts. As the Account Coordinator, you will assist in the day-to-day administration of account needs and deliverables, which includes maintaining a high level of awareness of client activities, detail-oriented program and project management and professional communication with key client contacts as needed. We are a bi-coastal team with global clients.
Duties:
- Provide ongoing support for Account Executives, allowing them to maintain a high rate of productivity and keep tasks and timelines moving at a reasonable pace
- Preparing account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals and other client communications and correspondence.
- Participate in and document discussions during client meetings and conference calls.
- Review vendor quotes.
- Coordinate BT Studio production shoots and equipment rentals.
- Create and/or provide feedback on project estimates and timelines.
- Field and process internal information requests.
- Assist with mailings.
- Maintain current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information as appropriate.
- Work in a team as well as independently and juggle deadlines.
- Work with bi-coastal teams and clients across different time zones.

- Full-time salary position, including some nights and weekends - not your typical 9 to 5
- Must be LA-based and willing to work from the office with the ability to work from home
