FULL-TIME OFFICE MANAGER - $40,000/yr + Benefits
The Bindery (a production company) is seeking a highly motivated, resourceful, and detail-oriented full-time Office Manager. Candidates must be extremely organized, enjoy planning events, and have exceptional multi-tasking skills and a desire to excel in the industry. Ideal candidate has a positive, can-do attitude, and a genuine desire to be a part of a small, collaborative team. Projects include branded content, commercials, and music videos.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General office upkeep (stocking office supplies, snacks, etc.)
- Answering phones and taking messages
- Managing calendars and scheduling
- Making travel arrangements
- Supporting senior leadership and production staff
- Planning office bonding excursions, parties, and events
- Helping ensure this is an awesome place for people to come to work
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years experience as an Office PA, Executive Assistant, or similar
- Ability to work in Google drive, Windows, and Dropbox
- Mac based computer skills
