Position: Coordinator, Ad Sales Marketing - New York
The Coordinator, Ad Sales Marketing is primarily responsible for assisting in the development, activation and execution of monetizable and innovative marketing solutions for Tennis Channel's new and existing advertisers. The Coordinator will support the New York, Los Angeles and satellite Ad Sales offices. The Coordinator will work as a liaison between the Ad Sales team and the various departments within Tennis Channel including Creative Services, On-air Promotions, Consumer Promotions, Web Content, Original Programming, Production and Tennis Industry Relations as well as select external clients.
This position reports directly to the Executive Director of Ad Sales Marketing.
Daily Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Support development of presentations and onesheets for original programming, events and tournaments including the four Grand Slams while working in conjunction with other departments including Research, Production and Marketing.
Work with the other Ad Sales Marketing team members to manage budget and production of the premium items and other Ad Sales client materials along with Creative Services.
Assist with the composition of tournament sponsor recaps including for all four Grand Slams
Responsible for updating the sponsorship document and assisting with creating and sending out sponsorship deliverables forms.
Handle daily requests from Ad Sales staff including general network inquiries, marketing materials and tape requests.
Help facilitate client trips, events and outings where attendance might be necessary
Manage the creation and distribution of client mailings including the Ad Sales broadcast calendar and year-end mailing.
Participate in creative brainstorms for sponsored programming initiatives for new and existing advertisers.
Domestic travel may be required.
Qualifications:
1-2 years' experience within an Agency or Network focusing on client services encouraged.
Superior written and oral communication skills are a must and a proven ability to work across departments to implement solutions.
Well versed with Microsoft Office applications especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Position is full time and located in New York City, NY.
Must work with a sense of urgency and have the ability to effectively prioritize projects.
Comfortable taking initiative, be self-sufficient and resourceful.
