It is the primary responsibility of the Entertainment Manager of Temple to ensure delivery of the highest caliber artists & shows to our guests. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.
Nightclub Bookings
• Manage Centralized Booking System & Monthly Budget for club
• Develop & Manage the weekly programming by securing DJs, dancers, artists, promoters & hosts that fit each party's concept / theme
• Manage Multi-Channel Promotional Campaigns w/ promoters, street team & media for each event
• Oversee all event production to ensure success of the artist appearances, guest experience & venue operations
• Work with internal/external marketing teams to promote artists, events & the venue
• Meet with Director of Operations & Nightclub General Manager to negotiate bar guarantees, promoter door percentages, and bookings for upcoming shows
• Communicate promoter needs for events with DO and Nightclub GM
• Book travel and accommodations for talent (hotels, flights, transportation, etc)
• Fulfill all talent/agency booking contracts
• Handle all talent/promoter payouts or any entertainment payouts of the club
• Research & recruit potential future promoters
• Organize DJ's and promoters into folders with their contracts & W9s
• Coordinate with Music Director on all tech/sound requirements for upcoming entertainment
• Rent any equipment needed for upcoming events
• Organize information and send to marketing / graphic designers for producing collateral
• Handle payments for outside street promoters and graphic designers
• Distribute DJ payouts the night of events
