Telsey + Company is currently seeking a front desk receptionist/manager to join our team. Candidates should possess exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; be highly organized; and be comfortable working in a fast- paced environment. We are looking for a problem-solver who can multi-task, prioritize tasks, and think a step ahead of all projects. This is not a casting position.
Responsibilities include:
-Answering and transferring all calls.
-Manage the day in / day out of our internship program
-Manage studio set up with staff and interns
-Maintaining office supplies
-Preparing and editing correspondence
-Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
-Administrative duties including but not limited to filing, database work, and information management
This is an excellent opportunity for Arts Administration graduates. Applicants should be proficient in Mac products and Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of the NY Theatre scene is a plus.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, beginning in January. Salary is commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes health/dental insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) plan.
