SUMMARY OF POSITION: TMZ is looking for a Sr. Manager, Brand Content & Partnerships. This position reports to the SVP of Branded Entertainment and New Business and will be responsible for working with clients and partners on both TV and digital integration opportunities across all TMZ businesses.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the process of prospecting, closing, and executing branded integration deals with prospective partners including:
o Identifying new and potential partners
o Leveraging existing relationships with key contacts at agencies
o Creating proposals and pitches for client and team
o Gathering all materials and consumer research to create exemplary and innovative integration ideas
o Accompanying client during all executions to ensure successful integration
o Continually meeting and exceeding annual revenue goals
• Champion new business opportunities and pioneer breakthrough brand partnerships that contribute to bottom line profitability
• Collaborate with show production teams to create organic, contextually relevant, and highly entertaining integrations
• Creatively infuse brand and show insight and interests within integrations, from initial ideas to execution
• Drive flawless execution of each branded integration, ensuring delivery of the brand's priority message(s)
• Oversee and deliver status reports on integrations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 5 years experience in broadcast and digital integrated media sales and business development, with prior experience in television production, required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field, required
• Ability to create customized content campaigns for clients using all of the TMZ platforms
• Strong client relationships and key contacts in the western region
• Knowledge of PowerPoint and CustomShow, a plus
• Some travel required: 25%
• Proficient level PC and Mac and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
