Full Time Job
The Senior Associate, Measurement & Analytics works closely with Insights & Research Director to assist in overseeing the Measurement & Analytics for campaigns and beyond. He/she is expected to be an active participant on the business, consistently engaged and contributing ideas and insights that will benefit our clients, and putting innovative measurement & research solutions in place for brand campaigns and for Tastemade overall. As part of the research group, the Senior Associate, Measurement & Analytics also helps account teams to measure the performance of online campaigns, illustrates clients' return on investment, and provides insights into improving performance.
What you'll do:
• Creates and presents measurement solutions and strategies, partnering with the insights & accounts team to create an appropriate measurement strategy for each brand campaign.
• Create and present how each specific client's KPIs will be measured and addressed.
• Remain at the forefront of industry research & measurement best practices.
• Observes, evaluates trends of digital campaigns and provides recommendations for optimizing.
• Ensures that quality of measurement deliverables meet client expectations.
• Manages vendors on a project basis to implement measurement solutions as well as single contributor on projects and tasks.
• Work with Account Managers and/or Account Executives to analyze results & solutions.
What you'll bring:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 4-5 yrs experience in related role.
• Experience with developing measurement solutions for campaigns and expertise in social media metrics (across platforms) required.
• Experience with brand lift and sales lift studies in the digital space (particularly with social media).
• Experience with digital campaign analysis (display, mobile, social media, search and/or email), particularly social media required.
• Able to work well in a highly collaborative and team environment.
• Able to be a self-starter and passionate about measurement & research.
• Ability to pull actionable insights from the campaign data and clearly communicate them to the team or client.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
