Full Time Job
We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for providing support to Accounting and Finance functions. The ideal candidate would have a passion for food & travel and knowledge of digital media, digital platforms, and digital productions. The candidate would also have a proven track record of managing multiple priorities at once to support and fulfill the strategic objectives of a highly cross-functional organization.

• Accurate & Detail Oriented. You're able to quickly spot errors and discrepancies, in the fine details and big picture.
What you'll do:
• Revenue recognition and cost tracking related to custom content productions and integrations
• Processing Talent payments and recurring Creator payments
• Audit and process all vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests with attention to detail and understanding of the entire payables process
• Maintain W-9/1099 and vendor payables paper and digital files in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Research and respond to vendor, channel partner, and talent questions
• Enter vendor invoices into QuickBooks, Movie Magic or other accounting/budgeting systems
• Verify vendor invoices were entered/posted correctly in G/L
• Maintain A/P files and supporting documentation
• Work closely with various Tastemade teams in processing talent payments, channel incentives, and miscellaneous payables
• Ability to work well with other departments
• Meet departmental expectations/deadlines
• Compiling and distributing weekly budget comparison reports
• Managing agenda and budget/cost reports for weekly budget meetings with Finance, Production, and Post Production
What you'll bring:
• 2-5 years of Accounting experience
• BA in Accounting, Business Administration, or similar
• Film or TV production experience preferred
• Knowledgeable in production budgeting and cost reporting
• Excellent Excel and math skills including formulas, subtotals, V-lookups, etc.
• Ability to maintain highest levels of confidentiality
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within Accounting & Finance
• Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast growth environment
• Flexibility and willingness to work closely and learn within a team environment
• Exceptional attention to detail

Bonus Points If You have...
• Some production accounting experience
• Payroll processing experience
• Episodic TV experience
• Audit experience from a Big Four accounting firm (E&Y, PWC, Deloitte, or KPMG)
