We're currently seeking an Account Executive - Publisher Partner who will be finding strategic, long-term partnership opportunities with individual publisher partners to leverage our unique video content capabilities to drive increased revenue opportunities for the organization. The ideal candidate must be sales-focused, motivated, and highly organized. Must be able to identify opportunities in the marketplace, create and foster existing and new relationships and aggressively prospect to achieve revenue growth against specific goals. Key relationships at YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Snapchat a must.

What you'll do:
•
Source, prospect, close and grow relationships in digital space to help increase top-line company revenue and partner revenue directly from these inventory opportunities
•
Secure new publishers and other high value, high performing inventory sources
•
Meet or exceed sales goals by creating and fostering existing and new relationships in marketplace
•
Manage presentations, build relationships and negotiate contracts
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
•
Thorough understanding of the online video marketplace
•
Excellent oral communication skills and ability to pitch complex integrated video advertising solutions to top decision makers
•
Capable of generating comprehensive media plans to suit individual client needs
•
Self-motivated
•
Hard work, persistence and hustle
•
Thorough understanding of original video content and production
•
Ability to create and maintain relationships among client and agency teams, amidst an ever changing media planning and buying landscape
•

Willingness to travel as needed
What you'll bring:
•
Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role
•
Experience structuring and negotiating deals with digital publishers
•
Strong background in digital media sales in both large media companies as well as startup atmospheres
•
Established track record of closing business and generating revenue
•
Entrepreneurial spirit
•
Proficiency with Keynote and Excel
•
A passion for Tastemade and a positive, upbeat attitude!
