TVGN (TV Guide Network - A CBS/Lionsgate Partnership) has an immediate opening for a Sr. Producer.
We are looking for a Sr. Producer - Web/Print/Motion GFX with a proven record of leading projects from concept development through implementation and deployment. You must possess solid project management, organizational, and people management skills. You should be equally comfortable working with strategists, creative teams, technical developers, and all types of contractors and vendors. You will manage multiple client relationships, and promote collaboration across all project teams. Essentially, you are the glue that holds everything together successfully for the on-air and off-air creative groups at TVGN.
The creative team includes writers, producers, editors, graphic designers, motion designers and project coordinators.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Development
• Must help manage client relationships with the Creative director by ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with the highest degree of quality possible.
• You must be comfortable scheduling and managing multiple projects, mitigating project risks, escalating issues, and managing communication between internal team members, vendors and clients.
• Developing project plans, estimates, and statements of work are things you do in your sleep. Helping bring ideas to life through various channels is a passion.
Attributes:
• 6+ years experience as a producer / project manager
• Strategic thinker that can help translate creative briefs into actionable ideas and milestones
• Experience developing Statements of Work, budgets, and project plans
• Capacity to gain an understanding of the client's business and needs
• An interest in working directly with clients to translate their needs into engaging communications
• Capability to multi-task and balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Experience managing, training and mentoring coordinators
• Experience and ability to work with internal marketing, creative and digital teams
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Attention to detail and a can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
• Agency or Network experience a MUST.
