TMB offers products and services to professionals in the entertainment production and architectural lighting industry, and services a worldwide market with offices in North America, Canada, Asia, and the United Kingdom. This is an excellent opportunity to enter into an exciting sector of the entertainment industry! Position has a maximum pay rate of £7.42 / hourly. Compensation is based on experience.
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide administrative support in a variety of areas.
This position is responsible for ensuring that paper work associated with Sales Orders is generated timely and accurately. Position also supports our Marketing efforts, and has responsibility for answering the main phone line and greeting guests.
The ideal candidate will enjoy multi-tasking and having responsibility for a variety of projects. Willingness to take on additional responsibility is desirable.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
•Data entry into company database
•Process paper work for Sales Orders
•Generate invoices, reference tracking information and other critical notes
•Send out invoices to customers
•File invoices and other paper work
•Provide back up to Sales Administrative Assistant
•Support Marketing department with tradeshow preparation
•Answer incoming calls and handle reception duties
•Order office supplies
•Various administrative duties as assigned
Candidate must:
•Be proficient with the MS Office Suite
•Have a cheerful and professional phone demeanor
•Be willing to provide support as requested
•Have 1 -2 years of experience in an administrative role
•Be comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
