Los Angeles Leading Bi-Coastal Commercial Production Company Seeking Receptionist
We are a growing Bi-Coastal Commercial Production Company with a need for a trustworthy, motivated, highly efficient individual. This person should be great at multi-tasking under pressure with a positive attitude and have high energy. This person will be the foundation that keeps the office running efficiently day after day.
Duties include but not limited to…
• Opening and closing office
• Answering and efficiently re-directing phone calls appropriately & accurately.
• Greeting clients & guests
• Day to day office operations such as maintaining office supplies, groceries, and ordering & distributing lunch.
• Making sure the office is tidy and client presentable at all times, Maintaining & organizing storage space.
• Overseeing building maintenance
• Ability to work with various personalities.
• Shipping
Knowledge of Mac, Office (Word, Excel), Please respond with a list of qualifications, previous work experience, how it relates to these job duties and your aspirations. |
