Job Requirements or Qualifications:
Sunshine Sachs is looking to hire an organized and motivated Executive Assistant for the head of our LA office. We are looking for someone who is well spoken, detail oriented and is passionate about their work.
Desired Skills and Experience
• 1-2 years' experience on an agency desk or in PR
• Ability to work with others in a team environment
• Strong core communication skills including writing and editing
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multi task as necessary to meet a deadline
• Great organization skills and detail oriented a must
• Desire to over-deliver rather than meet expectations
• Creative thinking and a problem-solving attitude
• Social media savvy
Responsibilities include:
• Manage calendar and handle all scheduling matters.
• Arrange travel schedules, domestic and international accommodations, and car service as needed
• Provide support on various clients including talent, non-profit and lifestyle accounts
• Draft and edit press materials (pitch letters, advisories, releases, etc.)
• Provide administrative support to ensure effective and efficient meetings
• Handle incoming telephone calls and take action as required
• Contribute to office duties such as ordering supplies, office events, etc
