Sunshine Sachs is hiring for a position on the Talent Integration Division out of our New York office. The Talent Integration team works to secure celebrity and influencer participation for events, campaigns and initiatives to drive public engagement and reach new audiences. Aligning brands and nonprofits with committed talent to permeate pop culture and make the public take notice is at the core of what we do.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work, a team player and thinks out of the box. Experience booking talent for both brand campaigns and nonprofit and/or cause marketing initiatives is a plus. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the entertainment industry, robust network and experience in working with both corporate and nonprofit clients.
Desired Skills & Experience:
• 5-7 years working in the entertainment industry or related field
• Possess a strong database of contacts across talent representatives and other public relation firms
• Strong ability to network within the entertainment industry and maintain relationships
• Ability to creatively develop talent pitches and strategies for various events and campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Polished talent relations skills, strong written and oral communication skills
• Desire to deliver the highest quality standards and go the 'extra mile' for our clients
• Creative thinking and a problem-solving attitude
• Tenacious follow through and attention to detail/organization
• Able to work within an integrated agency model, collaborating well with internal groups when appropriate
• Poised personal presence to represent the organization at the highest levels
• Curiosity and an entrepreneurial spirit
Responsibilities include:
• Secure and manage celebrities and public figures for a variety of awareness campaigns and events ranging from intimate dinners to PSAs, press events, brand ambassadorships and endorsements, social media support, large scale galas, red carpets and more
• Serve as day-to-day for client; address client issues; serve as lead on accounts as appropriate
• Demonstrate proficiency in talent relations and drive strategic integration plans effectively
• Clear approach to identifying brand appropriate talent and utilizing them effectively to drive results
• Contribute to business growth through introducing clients to new capabilities organically and external contacts
• Develop new business proposals for potential clients
• Direct multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, multi-faceted environment
• Maintain current knowledge of trends in entertainment, lifestyle and culture arena
