Full Time Job
Sunset Edit is on the hunt for a full-time Receptionist with a friendly, positive energy, detail oriented, go-getter attitude that is looking to work in an exciting environment. This individual must provide support to our clients, staff and facility. Candidates should be polished, punctual, and reliable with an obsession for cleanliness and service. We are an editorial facility that provides unique and star-studded post-production, with that said some week night OT or weekend OT may be required.
Position entails:
- Greeting clients to make them feel welcomed and relaxed in our atmosphere
- Responsible for all incoming mail/phone calls, and distributing/transferring to appropriate individuals
- Providing administrative support to staff when necessary
- Going on occassional runs/errands, ordering, stocking, and taking inventory
- Help in managing each project's budget by keeping track of miscellaneous costs (petty cash, meal receipts, travel expenses, etc.)
- General upkeep of the facility i.e. cleaning up before/after clients, setting up and removing food in client suites, overall tidying of the facility to ensure it's in pristine shape at all times. Including emptying trash daily.
- Comfortable with phone and greeting clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Working knowledge of Apple's Mac system
- Valid CA License and car is a must
