Dates Worked: 10/12/2016-2/24/2017
Considerations: Extended hours, weekend work, and some holidays will be required leading up to and during the Film Festival. Position may be required to be housed in Park City during the Festival. Valid driver's license required as this position does require some driving.
Position Summary: Coordinates benefits, branding, and activation for a portfolio of Sundance Institute's corporate relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinates benefits, branding, and activation for assigned corporate sponsors and supporters as defined in their respective contracts.
• Routes corporate logos and copy for approval and delivery by deadline.
• Assists department and sponsors with Festival planning and administration as requested.
• Enters accurate records in corporate development database.
• Ensures corporate branding and activation is fulfilled at assigned venues and events.
• Setup private screenings and roping seats at theatres as requested.
• Compiles post-fulfillment audit materials such as thankyou gifts, tax deduction statements, mailings, Festival demographics, etc.
• Completes a written summary of activation and benefits for assigned accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Employee has legal authorization to work in the United States.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• 2 years experience in account, relationship management, or related experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• Ability to positively maintain complex relationships.
• Self starter and detail oriented with high degree of accuracy in work.
• Able to think and act quickly under pressure while juggling several tasks at once.
• Professional office and telephone etiquette, including excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal).
