POSITION SUMMARY:
StyleHaul is looking for a results-oriented individual who is well-versed in the digital media space to join our finance team as a Pricing Analyst. This role will be the key liaison between the finance and sales teams and will be integral in building out and pricing our robust product offerings. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must in order to leverage relations between internal teams at StyleHaul along with external advertising agencies and brand clients.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with building robust media plans and advertising products. Plans will come in multiple forms including StyleHaul third party-produced content (aka premium content), and influencer-produced content - experience working directly with influencer-created content is a plus. The Pricing Analyst will report directly into the VP, Financial Operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and manage all media and pricing plans for our New York and Chicago offices
- Work with campaign management team to establish individual campaign budgets
- Work directly with network management team to establish and maintain creator rate cards
- Responsible for managing and tracking RFP inflow in a timely manner each week
- Work with the VP, Financial Operations to establish new pricing products for the sales team to take to market
- Work closely with accounts receivable and the accounting team to ensure campaigns are recognized and billed in a timely manner
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to think big AND have an eye for details
- Keen understanding of the digital landscape and online marketing with an emphasis on content creation (social and video). Project management experience with video
content is preferred
- Basic knowledge of research and pricing
- Excellent written and verbal skills are essential
- Must be a multi-tasker and be productive in a fast-paced environment with challenging deadlines
- Highly self-motivated
- MS Office (Power point, Word, Excel)
- Basic knowledge of Google and Youtube
- Media agency experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree
